The figures on our boards, charts and country pages are compiled from exchange settlements, mill buying programs and published yard price lists, adjusted for market and currency as described in our editorial policy. They are a reference for planning, and they can differ from what any particular yard pays on any particular day.
Placeholder values
While live pricing feeds are being connected, some boards show modeled placeholder values. They illustrate how the board works and must not be relied on as market prices.
